Legal Requirements
All specimens must be legally obtained and transferable under applicable local, state, federal, and international law. This includes compliance with:
- CITES — Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species
- MBTA — Migratory Bird Treaty Act (applicable to bird specimens)
- ESA — Endangered Species Act
- All applicable state and local wildlife regulations

How to Submit
The process is straightforward:
- Describe your specimen — species, condition, measurements, and any known provenance or history.
- Send photos — clear photos from multiple angles, including the top, sides, underside, and any areas of note (pathology, damage, markings).
- Get a quote — our team will review your submission and respond with a purchase offer, typically within 3–5 business days.
- Ship your specimen — if you accept our offer, we'll provide packing instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
- Get paid — payment is issued upon receipt and verification of the specimen.
